DEFINIZIONE DI BL:
Un fulmine globulare (Ball Lightning o BL) è un fenomeno atmosferico raro ancora poco spiegato, spesso associato con i temporali, luminoso , approsimativamente sferico con un nucleo di plasma, di dimensione tipica compresa tra 5-30 cm di diametro, di durata generalmente minore di 50 secondi e il cui moto spesso irregolare avviene pricipalmente in direzione orizzontale con velocità comprese tra 0,1 e 10 m/s.
